Kapta Space is hiring a Technical Program Manager in Seattle to lead hardware development programs across design, fabrication, integration, testing, and delivery. The role owns program schedules, costs, risks, configuration management, procurement, qualification planning, customer and government reporting, and cross-functional execution, while also supporting proposals and future program planning. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical discipline, PMP or equivalent certification, and 8–10 years of technical program or project management experience in hardware development, ideally in aerospace, defense, or space systems.
