Description
Karman Space & Defense is hiring an Aerospace and Defense Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex aerospace and defense programs integrating mechanical, pyrotechnic, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer requirements. The role guides cross-functional engineering teams, manages cost, schedule, scope, technical risks, and program performance, coordinates customer and stakeholder communication, supports proposals and business development, and partners with supply chain, manufacturing, quality, contracts, and finance. It follows a 9/80 schedule and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, at least five years of engineering experience including two years in aerospace or systems engineering, and U.S. person status.
