LeoLabs is hiring a Technical Program Manager (TPM)/Lead Systems Engineer to lead the technical execution of mission-critical programs for next-generation radar systems, software platforms, and data solutions supporting Space Domain Awareness, Space Superiority, and Missile Warning missions. The role combines systems engineering, program management, customer engagement, technical risk management, requirements and integration activities, and coordination across software, hardware, data, operations, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least seven years of experience managing technical programs or complex technology initiatives, and eligibility to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
