Lila Sciences is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee the execution of the AISF program. This role involves managing program delivery through governance, ensuring cross-team alignment, escalating risks, and coordinating stakeholders. The manager will partner with strategy leaders to define program charters, facilitate alignment sessions, track program health, coordinate workstreams, maintain documentation, and support resource planning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical program coordination, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in project management tools.
