LinkedIn is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional, technical AI initiatives and intermediate- to large-scale, company-wide programs. The role partners with product and engineering teams, plans and executes complex technical programs, manages risks and conflicts, improves processes, and coaches team members. It requires at least seven years of technical program management experience, experience managing AI programs, and a technical degree or equivalent practical experience. The position is hybrid, with a stated base pay range of $171,000 to $280,000.
