The role focuses on coordinating resources, prioritizing backlogs, tracking development progress, managing releases and staged rollouts, handling risks and dependencies, standardizing cross-functional processes and tools, and building performance metrics and reports. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, 5+ years in software or technology, 3+ years in hands-on project management, experience with Agile and Waterfall methods, and familiarity with Jira or similar tools; fintech or securities experience and business-level English are preferred.
