Majestic Labs is hiring an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs for custom AI servers. The role manages compiler infrastructure, kernel development, GPU runtime and scheduling systems, hardware and silicon integration, procurement, deployment, network architecture, and production scaling. Responsibilities include translating technical goals into project plans, coordinating suppliers and manufacturing partners, tracking milestones, managing dependencies and risks, and maintaining documentation and roadmaps. The position requires at least 10 years of program or project management experience, including 5+ years leading technically complex, multi-stakeholder programs, along with operational, infrastructure, and AI compute familiarity.
