MANTECH is hiring a full-time Technical Program Manager in Arlington, Virginia, for a hybrid role requiring three onsite days and up to 25% travel. The position leads complex DoD Modeling, Simulation & Analysis programs, technical roadmaps, software requirements, project workflows, multi-disciplinary teams, risk and schedule management, and executive briefings. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or data science discipline, at least 10 years of technical project or analytical team experience, familiarity with DoD simulation frameworks and modern defense concepts, and a current or active TS/SCI clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility.
