Mariana Minerals is hiring Technical Program Managers to own end-to-end capital programs from development through construction and handover to operations. The role manages scope, schedule, budget, risk, reporting, and decision-making across engineering, procurement, construction, business development, and finance, while coordinating with partners and vendors and using Mariana’s Capital Project OS. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least four years of capital project or program management experience, technical fluency with engineering documents, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and willingness to travel to project sites.
