Mariana Minerals is hiring Technical Program Managers to own end-to-end capital programs from development through construction, commissioning, startup, and handover to operations. The role manages scope, schedule, budget, risk, reporting, and stakeholder interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, business development, and finance, while using Mariana’s Capital Project OS and supporting program-management standards. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field and at least four years of program or project management experience in capital projects within mining, minerals processing, chemical, energy, or heavy-industrial environments.
