Momentus is hiring a Technical Program Manager to support spacecraft programs across proposal development, kickoff, development, testing, build, and launch. The role manages program schedules, budgets, risks, issues, opportunities, resource allocation, earned-value performance, corrective actions, and weekly progress metrics. Candidates need aerospace or related industry experience, a BS or MS in engineering or a related field, and at least 10 years of relevant experience managing complex programs. The position is full-time in San Jose, California, with hybrid or remote options, and offers an annual base salary of $180,000 to $215,000 plus bonus and equity.
