Description
Monks Technology Services is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to manage the execution lifecycle for three cross-functional software development teams. The role aligns engineering deliverables with product priorities, coordinates Agile ceremonies and delivery metrics, owns JIRA workflows and reporting, triages bugs and feature requests, partners with Product Managers, manages project health and resources, and supports SOC 2 Type I and Type II compliance. The position is fully remote from Brazil and requires experience overseeing multiple software engineering teams, software development lifecycle knowledge, JIRA and Confluence expertise, and experience with Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, and SOC 2 governance.
