Nace AI is hiring a full-time, on-site Technical Program Manager in Palo Alto, California, to serve as the operating system for its product execution. The role owns cross-functional program management across engineering, research, product, and domain-expert teams; manages roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, risks, and releases; runs execution cadences; coordinates launches; and translates technical progress to stakeholders. The position requires at least four years of experience in complex technical program management, strong communication and organizational skills, technical fluency, a BS in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, and familiarity with modern program management tools.
