Description
NDI Engineering is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multi-disciplined Department of Defense programs, with a focus on Navy engineering projects. The role manages program execution, contracts, schedules, earned value and cost reporting, financial forecasting, procurement planning, customer and employee engagement, and technical program delivery. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of program or project management experience, and experience with DoD programs; Navy engineering, engineering design, test facilities, propulsion, industrial support, fleet modernization, and financial management experience are desired or preferred.
