Description
NetApp is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to build and scale operational processes, platforms, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for its Solutions Engineering organization across EMEA, LATAM, and the Middle East. The role supports more than 200 Solutions Architects and Business Development professionals by creating knowledge repositories, developing Salesforce and Power BI dashboards, tracking KPIs and strategic initiatives, and managing stakeholder accountability. It requires at least eight years of experience in technical program management, business operations, or a related field, along with cross-functional program leadership, analytics, Microsoft collaboration tools, and solutions engineering or pre-sales knowledge.
