Description
Oklo is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Recycling Division to lead technical projects with U.S. Department of Energy national laboratories and other government partners. The role develops and executes project scopes, work packages, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and agreements; negotiates contracts and cooperative agreements; manages project governance, risks, milestones, and closeout; and identifies new collaboration opportunities. Candidates need at least three years of relevant technical project or program management experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering, physical science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, along with strong project controls, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. The position offers a salary of $120,000-$180,000, health insurance with employer contribution, HSA, FSA, equity, bonuses, and other benefits, with remote employees required to travel to headquarters in Santa Clara, California, twice per quarter.
