Description
The role leads cross-functional semiconductor development programs from architecture and planning through silicon release, coordinating resources, milestones, risks, design reviews, program reviews, stakeholders, and project-management tools. It requires a BS or MS in a relevant technical discipline, at least 8 years of semiconductor industry experience, hands-on IC design experience including a complete ASIC, SoC, or IP development cycle through tapeout, and at least 3 years of technical or engineering program-management experience. The position also requires strong technical problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and negotiation skills, along with experience managing Analog/Mixed-Signal IP, high-speed data converter, or SoC development programs.
