Orkes is hiring a Technical Program Manager to join its agile core team and manage complex, cross-functional programs across engineering, security, compliance, customer initiatives, and product delivery. The role owns projects from scoping and planning through documentation, analytics, marketing, and customer launch, while building operational frameworks and driving continuous improvement. Candidates need a technical background, software engineering experience, backend services delivery experience, and experience managing large-scale cross-functional projects; cloud services, developer products, and software development experience are preferred. The position is based in Santa Clara, California, with approximately $150,000–$180,000 in base compensation plus equity.
