Description
Patronus AI is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of reinforcement learning environments for frontier AI customers. The role manages work orders, scope changes, cross-functional handoffs among go-to-market, subject matter expert sourcing, environment engineering, task generation, and QA teams, while maintaining delivery plans, customer communication, quality standards, and timeline confidence. It is a hands-on technical program role involving AI tools, code and data/model-output review, running agents in environments, QA analysis, and building automation and process-improvement tools. The position is based onsite at the company's San Francisco headquarters five days per week and offers a $125,000–$250,000 USD base salary plus equity and benefits.
