Paula’s Choice is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional technology projects and programs across enterprise applications, systems integrations, APIs, data and analytics, and infrastructure. The role translates business objectives into plans, coordinates stakeholders and vendors, manages requirements, risks, budgets, resources, and dependencies, and maintains program alignment through launch. It is a remote-eligible position with collaboration across North America and Europe, and offers a base salary of $125,000–$135,000 USD annually plus discretionary bonus eligibility.
