Plaid is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs across engineering, product, data, legal, privacy, and business teams. The role manages plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, blockers, and stakeholder communication while improving data governance, machine learning infrastructure, data quality, reliability, and operational efficiency. Candidates need at least six years of experience leading complex technical programs, strong software architecture and engineering systems knowledge, cross-functional program experience, and excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
