Xebia is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead two connected migration workstreams in a complex enterprise technology program. The role provides hands-on delivery leadership across security-sensitive migrations involving AWS, Entra ID, Active Directory, O365, VDI, and related identity, endpoint, infrastructure, and platform teams. Responsibilities include defining program structure, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, governance, readiness checkpoints, cutover and fallback planning, stakeholder reporting, and escalation of blockers. The position requires extensive technical program and migration experience, strong technical fluency, executive communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment; a work permit and EU-region work eligibility are required.
