Description

Prometheus Federal Services is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise healthcare transformation initiatives for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Information Systems, Program Management, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: At least 10 years managing healthcare programs, initiatives, or enterprise transformation efforts
Experience planning, managing, executing, and closing complex healthcare programs
Experience supporting integrated healthcare delivery systems, healthcare modernization initiatives, or large-scale healthcare technology implementations
Experience managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams
Experience leading organizational change management and adoption initiatives

Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or large-scale program management environments
Certification in Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci
Experience managing programs involving training development, field activation, and end-user adoption
