RBC is hiring a full-time Technical Program Manager in Toronto to own end-to-end delivery of hybrid cloud initiatives across AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments. The role combines Agile program management, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, technical delivery governance, and the practical use of AI tools to improve reporting, risk detection, documentation, and workflow automation. Candidates should have experience managing complex technical programs, applying Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, using Jira and Confluence, and engaging with engineering and cloud teams; financial-services experience and relevant certifications are preferred.
