Description
Redwood Software is hiring a senior Technical Program Manager embedded in a core product engineering group. The role owns end-to-end delivery health, roadmap and milestone tracking, release readiness and governance, dependency and risk management, executive reporting, Jira-based delivery operations, cross-functional stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement across enterprise SaaS and on-premise product environments. The position requires 5+ years of relevant program or delivery leadership experience, strong SDLC and enterprise software release knowledge, advanced Jira proficiency, data literacy, and experience with technical tradeoffs, deployment plans, and AI-enabled workflow automation.
