RPO is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead complex customer programs from contract award through production and final delivery. The role coordinates customers and cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, contracts, and business development; manages schedules, budgets, risks, resources, scope changes, and performance metrics; and supports proposal development, product qualification, and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, 5–7 years of experience in technical or manufacturing program execution, and frequent presence in office, laboratory, warehouse, and manufacturing environments.
