Sardine is hiring a remote Enterprise Integration Program Manager in Dubai to own integration project plans for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements. The role manages milestones, dependencies, implementation timelines, client feature requests, RACI assignments, communication cadences, project health, and capacity planning while serving as a trusted technical thought partner to Engineering, Product, Integrations, and enterprise clients. Candidates need at least seven years of technical program or project management experience, including enterprise implementation experience, and experience in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
