Shift Paradigm is hiring a Technical Program Manager to support SaaS and platform-based client engagements involving tools such as Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce. The role leads project teams, manages budgets and timelines, coordinates cross-functional delivery, supports client discovery and scope definition, and translates business and technical requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Candidates need at least four years of consultancy or agency delivery experience, project management and product ownership experience, and platform or SaaS delivery experience. The position offers remote flexibility, a base salary of $100,000 to $120,000, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
