Sophos is hiring a Technical Program Manager to serve as the technical subject-matter expert for its Trust and Assurance team. The role leads compliance automation, control mapping, evidence collection, monitoring workflows, GRC platform integrations, and the embedding of compliance requirements into engineering workflows. It requires strong GRC and cybersecurity framework knowledge, program-management experience, technical understanding of cloud infrastructure and APIs, and experience with compliance-automation platforms. The position is remote-first, with a Canadian base salary of $109,000 to $181,000 plus bonus eligibility and benefits.
