Stripe is hiring a Technical Program Manager to join Link and drive complex, cross-functional programs across payments, identity, consumer finance, fraud, authorization, money movement, and partner integrations. The role involves defining program objectives and success criteria, prioritizing work, managing risks, translating consumer and merchant needs into program outcomes, and partnering with engineering leads on technical delivery. Candidates need at least 10 years of product or technical program management experience, a record of complex multi-function programs in consumer-facing or payments products, strong communication and ambiguity-resolution skills, and working knowledge of API design and high-level system architecture.
