Description
ThetaRay is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of AI-driven financial crime detection solutions for banks, fintechs, and payment providers. The role coordinates Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams; manages project planning and execution; integrates customer data pipelines; configures AI/ML models; translates business and regulatory requirements into solutions; presents milestones and metrics to senior stakeholders; and supports knowledge transfer and customer enablement. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field, at least five years of project delivery, data engineering, or software implementation experience, proficiency in Python and SQL, working knowledge of AI/ML, and fluency in English and Spanish.
