Thomas Global Systems is hiring a full-time Technical Program Manager to lead complex aerospace and defense programs from contract award through delivery. The role owns program scope, schedule, cost, technical performance, risk, customer commitments, and contractual requirements, and coordinates engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, contracts, scheduling, and customer teams. The position is fully onsite in Irvine, California, with a base salary of $145,000–$165,000 DOE per year and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of aerospace or defense technical program management experience, government program experience, and U.S. person status.
