Trackonomy is hiring a Technical Program Manager to support its Customer Success team by managing solution delivery, deployments, customer technical requests, and cross-functional initiatives. The role owns project timelines, milestones, risks, documentation, stakeholder communication, and deployment readiness across customer sites. Candidates need a bachelor's, master's, or similar technical degree, 3–5 years of technical industry experience, Agile and JIRA proficiency, and experience leading complex multi-team initiatives. The salary range is $100,000 to $140,000 plus bonuses and pre-IPO equity.
