VESSL AI is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its Product Division’s Capacity & Infra Team. The role integrates supply and demand plans, coordinates GPU cluster onboarding, designs customer-facing SLAs, governs capacity allocation, leads infrastructure programs, and manages risks and reporting. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least six years of TPM, Product Manager, or Project Manager experience, cloud or GPU infrastructure knowledge, SLA design experience, cross-functional coordination, risk-management experience, SQL dashboarding ability, and business-level English.
