Warner Music Group is hiring an entry-level Technical Program Manager to own complex, cross-functional software initiatives from concept through delivery. The role coordinates engineering, product, UX design, and cybersecurity teams; defines requirements and scope; manages dependencies and resources; leads OKR planning; communicates risks and status; and improves processes through automation. Candidates should have a technical background, systems and incident-management experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for music; experience with Jira, Airtable, distributed systems, consumer-facing software, and AI automation is preferred.
