Description
Wayve is hiring a full-time Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across its engineering organization, including AI, software, robotics, vehicle hardware, platforms, infrastructure, simulation, evaluation, validation, data, and product. The role owns project delivery, improves efficiency, coordinates teams, manages risk, aligns stakeholders, and supports business goals. Candidates should have at least five years of experience leading complex multi-team software or technology programs, strong technical reasoning, systems thinking, project management, communication, and collaborative leadership skills. The role is based in Wayve’s Tel Aviv office under a hybrid working policy.
