Group14 Technologies is hiring a Technical Program Manager to join its Business Development organization and drive customer adoption and technical qualification of its silicon-carbon composite anode material, SCC55®. The role serves as the technical bridge between commercial partners, including automotive OEMs, consumer electronics companies, and cell manufacturers, and internal engineering teams. Responsibilities include managing joint development agreements, sampling pipelines, customer validation milestones, project timelines, risks, and technical progress. Candidates need fluency in Mandarin, a relevant technical degree, and at least four years of experience in technical program management, application engineering, or technical customer success within lithium-ion battery, advanced materials, or automotive/EV sectors. The position offers a base salary of $120,000–$155,000 USD and medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, paid time off, and stock option benefits.
