Description
Equal1 is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the research, development, prototype production, and delivery of cryogenic cooler technology and integrated quantum computing systems. The role manages cross-functional programs across hardware, cryomechanical, systems engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, suppliers, and contract manufacturers; supports BOM, PLM, documentation, change control, certification, production ramp, and customer readiness; and provides reporting on program status, risks, and delivery health. The position requires at least 10 years of technical program management experience in complex hardware, semiconductor, scientific equipment, cryogenic systems, or advanced engineering environments, along with strong organizational, communication, leadership, and risk-resolution skills.
