Description
Apple is hiring a Technical Process Manager (TPM) to lead technical, operational, factory, and quality issues for camera components, especially VCM, across NPI, engineering builds, ramp-up, and sustaining product lifecycles. The role is based in Japan and requires significant on-site factory leadership across Eastern Asia, including vendor management, process and automation design, manufacturing readiness, yield and quality improvement, and implementation of AI and machine learning in production. Candidates need at least five years of relevant manufacturing experience, a mechanical engineering or allied technical degree, strong process-control and statistical-analysis skills, and Japanese and English proficiency.
