Apple is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the introduction and ramp of optical module manufacturing processes. The role coordinates with suppliers and internal teams across design, quality, test, and supply chain; owns factory setup for SMT, assembly, and test; drives yield, efficiency, and production metrics; leads build readiness and new product reviews; analyzes factory, customer, and field data; and optimizes mechanical bonding, dispensing, soldering, and related manufacturing processes. The position requires at least five years of high-tech manufacturing and quality engineering experience, a related engineering degree, and approximately 20–30% international travel.
