Hadrian is hiring a Program Manager to lead cross-functional program execution for customer-facing initiatives supporting autonomous factory delivery across aerospace, national security, and advanced manufacturing programs. The role coordinates engineering, supply chain, software, and operations teams; tracks milestones, budgets, scope, risks, and deliverables; establishes governance and reporting processes; and serves as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least three years of program, project, or operational execution experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or a related technical environment, with up to 40% travel to factory, customer, or supplier sites. The target salary is $148,000–$200,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), flexible vacation, equity, and possible relocation support.
