Description

Arm is hiring an experienced end-to-end technical program manager for its Cloud AI Business unit in Austin, Texas to lead the execution of an upcoming Arm AGI SoC program from pre-silicon through commercialization and full product lifecycle. The role coordinates hardware, software, systems, product, operations, and customer-facing teams, drives cross-functional decisions, manages delivery risks and recovery plans, and ensures the complete product is ready for deployment, including firmware, software, validation, platform enablement, documentation, and customer readiness.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical subject area, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: Significant experience leading complex end-to-end silicon or systems programs through to customer deployment
Experience delivering large, multi-year programs
Experience building and developing high-performing program teams
Experience leading through influence across globally distributed organizations
Preferred Qualifications: Bias for action
Deep understanding of silicon development practices
Coaching senior program leaders and improving execution standards
Coalition building and collaboration
Executive-level written and verbal communication
