Nebius is hiring a Technical Program Manager to sustain, scale, and improve operational and software development processes within its Compute Systems Engineering organization and across collaborating teams, partners, customers, and vendors. The role coordinates complex hardware and software programs, manages dependencies and risks, improves execution, and supports long-running infrastructure programs involving GPU and HPC systems, cloud operations, customer support, and external technology partners. The position requires approximately five to ten years of relevant experience, strong cross-functional communication, technical curiosity, and the ability to work across organizational boundaries.
