Meta is seeking a Specialist Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of portfolio-defining technical programs across multiple engineering organizations. The role partners with organizational leaders to define strategy and multi-year roadmaps, establishes scalable program structures, identifies and resolves systemic risks, translates ambiguous technical challenges into scoped plans, drives cross-organizational alignment, produces executive-level communications, and leads TPM community initiatives. The role also leverages AI-integrated workflows and risk-analysis frameworks to improve delivery, decision-making, and organizational risk management.
