Skylo is hiring a Senior Program Leader to own end-to-end technical delivery for MNO partner onboarding across packet core, signaling, and billing systems. The role builds the onboarding program, release cadence, launch-readiness standards, and governance while managing roaming-stack suppliers, cross-functional dependencies, and metrics such as signaling success, routing correctness, CDR reconciliation, and billing reliability. It requires 8+ years of mobile core or signaling engineering or technical program leadership experience, deep wholesale roaming and 3GPP core knowledge, and strong communication with technical and commercial stakeholders. The role is fully remote in the United States and offers a base salary of $130,000–$145,000 plus benefits and equity.
