Description
Skylo is hiring an MNO Onboarding and Roaming Programme Manager in Espoo, Finland, to own end-to-end technical onboarding and programme delivery across the packet core, signalling plane, and billing and settlement systems. The role manages MNO partner onboarding, roaming signalling readiness, multi-supplier roaming transitions, release governance, risk visibility, and settlement and billing metrics. It requires 8+ years of mobile core or signalling engineering or technical programme leadership experience, deep 3GPP core signalling knowledge, roaming and billing expertise, and cross-functional delivery experience.
