Description
Skylo is hiring a remote UK-based Mobile Network Operator (MNO) Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end technical onboarding and program delivery across the packet core, signalling plane, and billing and settlement systems. The role manages MNO partner onboarding, roaming signalling readiness, multi-supplier cutover planning, release governance, metrics, and cross-functional launch readiness, while collaborating onsite several days per week with a global team. Candidates need at least 8 years of mobile core or signalling engineering or technical program leadership experience, deep 3GPP core signalling knowledge, roaming and billing-settlement expertise, and a track record of shipping complex cross-functional programs.
