Hammerhead is hiring a full-time, on-site Technical Program Manager - Customer Deployments in Redwood City, California. The role owns end-to-end delivery of customer deployments from contract execution through go-live, coordinating engineering, product, commercial, infrastructure partners, and customers; managing milestones, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications; and developing repeatable deployment playbooks and frameworks. The position requires at least five years of relevant technical program management experience, technical fluency in data center power and cooling systems, strong communication skills, active use of AI tools, and a bachelor's degree in a technical field.
