Description
Morgan Stanley is hiring a Data Security Program Manager to lead complex data security risk-reduction programs across Technology, Cyber, Business, Risk, and Control stakeholders. The role manages cross-divisional delivery, governance, milestone execution, risk and issue management, metrics reporting, executive communications, and the transition of mature capabilities to business-as-usual monitoring. It covers data security capabilities such as data leakage prevention, encryption, API security, identity and access management, incident management, vendor risk, and third-party data protection, while also supporting emerging AI and technology security initiatives. The position requires at least 10 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years at the program manager level, and offers a base salary of $195,000 to $275,000 per year.
