Description
Valon is hiring a Technical Program Manager to coordinate and launch complex data deployment workstreams across data, deployment strategy, engineering, product, and other teams. The role owns end-to-end program planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, process improvement, and metrics, while also helping establish the TPM function. Candidates should have at least five years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in complex software development, a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, and excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills. The position offers a base salary of $185,000–$250,000, equity, a 401(k) plan, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
